We work with our client Tutor House, the online tutoring platform, on a retained basis. Our recent campaign delivered some fantastic PR for SEO results.
What we did:
We’ve worked with the online tutoring platform, Tutor House, for almost a year. Like we do for a lot of our other clients, one of the main services we provide for it is PR for SEO, to build links to its site from credible media titles.
For this client in particular, data stories and quiz-style content tends to work well given its core business is focused on education and most people can relate to it.
We came up with an idea that we knew would make the best use of Tutor House’s data while creating content that’s often very popular with media – baby names. Our idea was to create a top 10 list of the most common baby names among academically gifted students, analysing names and grades achieved to rank them in order.
We worked the findings into a release and then issued it to journalists who we thought would be interested. The story achieved great PR for SEO results!
Results:
Outputs:
- 48 pieces of coverage
Outcomes:
- 50%+ of the coverage linked to Tutor House’s site
- Average DA across all coverage was 74
- 18 pieces of coverage had a DA of 80+
